Peanut Blossoms

Always make at least a double batch – usually 2 doubles!!!

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 c Flour
  • 1 t baking soda
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (maybe a little extra)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 t vanilla
  • Hershey Kisses (about 48-60 per recipe - depends on how many you eat while unwrapping.

Method

Step 1

Oven 375 degrees

Step 2

cream butter, peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar.

Step 3

add egg and vanilla

Step 4

add dry ingredients

Step 5

shape into 1 inch balls

Step 6

Bake 8 min Take out and push in Chocolate Kiss Return to oven 3-5 minutes
