Pecan Fingers

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter (must be butter!)
  • 1/2 cup powder sugar
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1 T cold water
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 2 cups pecans (ground)

Method

Step 1

Over 350 degrees

Step 2

Cream butter and add remaining ingredients.

Step 3

Roll into fingers (not thumbs!)

Step 4

Bake for 15 minutes. Let stand for 3-5 minutes Roll in powder sugar
